PAYMENT METHOD

If you purchase our products through our website, we offer you three different payment methods:

CASH ON DELIVERY

If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, it means that payment is made exclusively in cash, upon receipt of the package from the courier. The courier will collect the amount of the order from you. We recommend that you prepare the exact amount.

BANK CARD

Payment on the site is possible with Visa, MasterCard or Maestro bank cards, the issuing bank of which has authorized online payments. When choosing this payment method, after confirming the order, you will be redirected to the bank’s website, where you will enter your bank card details and make the payment. If the transaction is successful, you will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment was successful. In case the payment was unsuccessful, you will be returned to our site with a notification about the unsuccessful payment and you can repeat the payment or choose another payment method. The funds will remain blocked until the invoice is issued, when the payment is made through the bank. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, you will be notified and a request to release the transaction will be sent to the bank.

If you pay with a foreign bank card, the amount of the transaction in dinars will be converted to your currency according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When your card is charged, the already converted amount will be converted to your local currency according to the exchange rate used by the bank card providers. Due to the above-mentioned conversions, the price charged may differ slightly from the price indicated on our website.

ADVANCE PAYMENT

Advance payment is a payment based on a proforma invoice, even before the order is sent. This payment method is convenient for legal entities and individuals who wish to pay via e-banking or bank/postal deposit check. After the payment is recorded, we will begin preparing and shipping the order.

PAYMENT METHOD

The antiquarian guarantees the user a full refund if the complaint is accepted. The antiquarian is obliged to use the same payment method used by the user in the transaction for the refund, unless a different refund method is agreed. The antiquarian will contact the user directly by email regarding the method of refunding the money.

If the goods were paid for on delivery, the money will be refunded exclusively to the current account – electronically, via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and DinaCard payment methods.
